We are announcing the results for the third quarter of our 20th fiscal year, which ends in September 2026.
The consolidated results for the third quarter of FY26.9 were as follows: consolidated transaction volume of 93.1 billion yen (107.0% YoY), revenue of 27.13 billion yen (135.4% YoY), operating profit of 3.57 billion yen (before impairment losses, etc.) (118.0% YoY) and 3.17 billion yen (after impairment losses, etc.) (118.0% YoY).
While the AirTrip Travel business experienced a further slowdown in growth and intensified competition, the other business segments—following the AirTrip Travel business—each performed well.
Through human capital management initiatives and other efforts, we achieved a low turnover rate and workforce stabilization, resulting in year-over-year profit growth.
In addition to reaching 800 companies as paid members of the AirTrip CXO Salon, we are underpinning future profits by further enhancing the satisfaction of our executive community through “AirTrip Fest 2026,” to be held in August 2026.
We are continuously executing growth investments and expanding our business portfolio, including the completion of seven M&A and capital/business alliances so far this fiscal year. Additionally, our listed subsidiary, Magmag, Inc. (TSE Standard / FSE Q-Board; Securities Code: 4059), achieved a dual listing on the Fukuoka Stock Exchange Q-Board market on July 21, 2026.
Regarding shareholder returns, as a first step, we are repurchasing up to 2,500,000 shares of treasury stock (11.0% of total shares outstanding), with 872,400 shares (34.9%) repurchased as of the end of July 2026. Taking into comprehensive consideration our financial position, future business plans, and market environment, we will continue to execute a flexible capital policy—including further shareholder returns and using treasury shares as consideration for future M&A transactions.
