Once you have applied for your reservation, we will send you an automated email reply.
If you don't receive the email within 10 minutes, there may be an error in your email address. Please contact our call center during operating hours.

Once we have received your application and confirmed that there is a seat available for the fare price listed on the website, we will send you the details of your reservation.
If your desired reservation is not available, we will contact you via telephone or email regarding the status of vacant seats.

Customers using services such as Yahoo! Mail may find their notification mails automatically redirected to folders other than their inbox.
Check inside each folder if you are having trouble locating an email.

A purchase deadline is established for reserved air tickets.

If you cannot be contacted, we may be unable to give you information regarding your request.

About your reservation confirmation document

Once you have made your reservation, we will present you with a reservation confirmation document containing the details of your reservation.
This document is normally sent to you via email.

Carefully check the reservation details noted in the document.

If we have not verified your payment by the payment deadline, your reservation will be automatically cancelled in accordance with airline regulations.
You will not be charged a cancellation fee if your reservation is automatically cancelled.

Using your air ticket

The name on your air ticket cannot be changed. You cannot transfer your air ticket to a third party. Note that even if a ticket changes hands through online auctions or other means, it cannot be used by anyone other than the person identified on it.

※If you want to make changes to who will be traveling, you will need to receive a refund then purchase a new air ticket. Use the air ticket in accordance with the itinerary you selected when making the reservation. If you are late to board and miss your reserved flight, you will not be able to switch to a different flight. In such cases, please carry out the refund process.

A: One-way prices.
Q:How much are fares for children?
A:Regulations for child fares specify a child as being between the ages of 3 and 11, and we treat these as "half the normal fare price" or "discount fares.". There is no charge for children under the age of 2, as they travel on the lap of an adult (one child per adult). If you would like to reserve a seat for a child under two years of age, the price will be the same as a child fare.
※However, child fares are required for two-year-old children when flying with Skymark (SKY).
Q:Can I specify a seat?
A:Please request particular seating when you check in.
You can also request specific seating arrangments in advance via the airline's website. (However, depending on the circumstances prior assignment may not be possible.)
