Please be sure to read the following notes before the cancellation.

※We cannot change and delete the cancellation once you ordered it.

We cannot accept cancellations outside of our operating hours. The cancellation date will be regarded as the next day if you order it outside of operating hours.

In case of the cancelation after the departure, please contact us by all means within five days after departure.
※Please note beforehand that we cannot guarantee the refund if you submit this cancellation form after the departure.
Passenger names cannot be changed. In addition, tickets cannot be transferred to a third party since it is not possible to use an airline ticket with a different passenger name.
We do not accept flight change through this cancellation form.
Processing may be delayed due to typos or deficiencies. In that case, we cannot guarantee the refund of the cancellation fee.

We can acknowledge cancellations in business hours.
When you cancel in after our business hours, we deal with it next day.

Notes

We cannot change or delete the cancellation once you ordered it.
When you need to cancel air tickets which is valid on that day or next day, please contact the airline companies by yourself and input it to the cancellation form.
※Please understand beforehand that it may be handled as a cancellation after departure if you have not canceled it.
If the airline company is JAL (JAPAN AIRLINES), you need to submit this cancellation form until 2hours before your departure.
※ Please acknowledge it beforehand that we cannot refund as a cancellation after departure if you have not submitted it until the period.
Please let us know if you have another related ID.
Since we have the deadline of refund, please contact us by all means within five days after departure.
※We cannot guarantee the refund after the departure.
※When a cancellation number is issued, please be sure to write it down and then contact us.
