Customers using free email services such as Yahoo!

Customers using services such as Yahoo! Mail may find their notification mails automatically redirected to folders other than their inbox.
Check inside each folder if you are having trouble locating an email.

Using your air ticket

The name on your air ticket cannot be changed.
You cannot transfer your air ticket to a third party. Note that even if a ticket changes hands through online auctions or other means, it cannot be used by anyone other than the person identified on it.

※If you want to make changes to who will be traveling, you will need to receive a refund then purchase a new air ticket. Use the air ticket in accordance with the itinerary you selected when making the reservation. If you are late for board and miss your reserved flight, you will not be able to switch to a different flight. In such cases, please carry out the refund process.
